The former Argentine player competed with Valencia CF for two seasons (2009-2011)
Valencia CF will face Rayo Vallecano next Thursday, May 14th at 19:00 at Mestalla in the match corresponding to Matchday 36 of LALIGA EA SPORTS 25-26. One of the players who wore both jerseys was: Alejandro Damián ‘Chori’ Domínguez.
The former player from Quilmes (Buenos Aires) joined Valencia CF in December 2009 after his spell at FC Rubin Kazan. During his time with the Valencian side, he played two seasons in which he made 35 appearances, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists.
‘Chori’ was also loaned to River Plate, although in 2002 and 2003 he was also part of the historic Argentine club with whom he won two league titles. In the summer of 2012, he moved to Rayo Vallecano and played one season (2012-2013).
It is worth noting that Domínguez visited Mestalla in September 2025 to watch the team’s victory against Getafe CF on Matchday 3.
